Returns

We want you to love every piece you buy from UZERAI. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The piece must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, together with any pouches, boxes, certificates and documents that came with it.

How to return

Contact us at uzerai@uzerai.com or through our contact page with your order number. Our client services team will send you the return instructions. Please do not send a piece back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. We will let you know by email when your refund has been issued.

Import duties and taxes paid on orders delivered outside the European Union are charged by the carrier or customs authorities and are not refunded by UZERAI.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
